The OG. This old-school Italian meatball recipe came straight from Nonna’s handwritten notes like beef meatballs, lovingly rolled and slow-simmered in a sausage-and-pepperoni-spiked red sauce that’s all kinds of magical. Served naked, on sliders, or stuffed into a saucy sub and showered with parm, basil, and breadcrumbs.

Buffalo Balls

Spicy chicken meatballs tossed in buttery buffalo sauce, topped with blue cheese crumbles and scallions. Served with a cool ranch sidekick and a crunch of carrots and celery. Available on sliders or sub. Perfect for wing lovers who want the flavor without the finger mess.

Mushroom Risotto Balls

Pizza Balls

Creamy arborio rice blended with sautéed mushrooms and herbs, filled with melted Gruyère, and finished with a drizzle of Parmesan cream sauce. Rich, savory, and elegantly indulgent. (No meat - made with veggie stock.)

Pizza Bombs

Cheesy butcher shop sausage and pepperoni-stuffed meatballs, baked inside garlicky dough and served with a dunkable cup of our homemade AMAZEBALLS! Awesomesauce. Think pizza rolls, but actually good.
