AMAZEBALLS! Classic
The OG. This old-school Italian meatball recipe came straight from Nonna’s handwritten notes like beef meatballs, lovingly rolled and slow-simmered in a sausage-and-pepperoni-spiked red sauce that’s all kinds of magical. Served naked, on sliders, or stuffed into a saucy sub and showered with parm, basil, and breadcrumbs.
Buffalo Balls
Spicy chicken meatballs tossed in buttery buffalo sauce, topped with blue cheese crumbles and scallions. Served with a cool ranch sidekick and a crunch of carrots and celery. Available on sliders or sub. Perfect for wing lovers who want the flavor without the finger mess.
Falafel Balls
Crispy chickpea falafel with warm Middle Eastern spices, drizzled in sriracha-tahini sauce and served with cucumber salad and zingy pickled onions. Comes as a bowl, slider, or sub, whichever way you want to get fresh.
Pizza Balls
Cheesy sausage and pepperoni-stuffed meatballs, baked inside garlicky dough and served with a dunkable cup of our homemade AMAZEBALLS! marinara. Think pizza rolls, but actually good.

Orange Chicken Balls
Sweet, sticky, and just a little sassy. These chicken meatballs are glazed in a zesty orange-ginger sauce with crispy garlic, sesame seeds, and a citrus kick that hits like your favorite takeout, but rounder.
Korean BBQ Balls
Bold beef meatballs glazed in sticky-sweet gochujang BBQ sauce, crowned with crunchy sesame slaw and a scatter of scallions. It’s smoky, spicy, and just the right kind of messyin the best possible way.
Beef Wellington Balls
This one is ambitious, and to be honest, we haven’t tried it yet. Tender beef wrapped in flaky puff pastry, filled with mushroom duxelles and a hint of Dijon, then baked to golden perfection. It’s Beef Wellington deconstructed, reconstructed, and rolled into something you can eat with one hand and a champagne buzz.
